Nothing, 0, zero!
It's absolutely free if you're a private owner to list your single
property.
We just request a link back to our portal and add to your online profile, when
you signup, the url where we can find the link.
If you don't have a website, you've more than one property or are a rental agency just
contact us for rates.

Do you accept any kind of property?
No, we mainly focus to self catering properties and are looking to
list villas, apartments & flats, farmhouses, bed and breakfast, residences and
hotels de charme. No other type of properties will be listed

Are you looking for special area properties?
Yes. Read at the top of this page if your property is in any of the
regions, areas or cities listed. If it is you can proceed with signing up
otherwise contact us and inform us about adding a new region, area or city

Do I need to know HTML, or how to design a web page?
NO. When you join our portal you do not need to
know anything more than how to fill out a simple web form. We have gone
out of our way to make it easy for you. Once you have provided the
information about your vacation rental, we take care of the rest.

How do I go about changing and
updating my property listing?
Simple. Once you have added your property to our portal , you may change all aspects of your listing by logging
into a secure administration area where you are presented with web based
forms that are very similar to those used to create the listing
initially. You can change your information as often as you like. Once
you are done, your web page and property information will be instantly
updated.

Who updates my pages?
You do! We provide you with a secure web based
administration tool which allows you to update the details of your
rental such as its description, title, amenities,
photographs, your rental policies and terms and we take care of making
sure that your listing page gets updated on the portal.

How do I add and change photographs to
my listing?
We provide you with a web based photograph
administration tool that allows you to upload and update your own
photographs your leisure. The photograph administration
tool allows you to upload all your photographs at a glance (there is
just a limit of 150kb per image). This convenience is provided at
no extra charge to you.

Do you charge to update photos or make
changes to my listings?
No, we do not charge for updates to your listings. You
are provided with online tools which allow you to easily update your listing at your convenience.

How will I receive inquiries?
Once a potential renter finds your property in our
search results, and they fill out a simple inquiry form the information will be
sent to whichever email address you specify when creating your listing
on our system. Further, you can change this email address at your
convenience just udating your profile.

May I provide links to other web pages?
Yes! You can add a link to your own website to increase
its page rank and visibility on the net. If it's a free listing just
remember to read the first question.

Can I cancel my listing?
Yes, you can cancel your listing on the portal anytime
you desire.
Canceling your listing is as easy as logging into the system and
checking the option to cancel your property listing.

How will I know if people are looking at my
listing?
Once your vacation rental is in our index and published
on the web site, you will know right away how many people are looking at
your rental property. We provide you with a real-time page counter that
keeps track of all your hits. To view the page counter you will need to
log into the web site and select which property you are tracking.

Who sets and determines the price I charge to
rent my property?
You determine the price you want to charge for which
times of the year. Just specify daily and weekly rates in high and low
season.

No one web site can possibly reach 100% of your
potential clients. While there are other sites to list your vacation
rental property on, we do not feel that the choice needs to be, nor
should be exclusive. All vacation rental listing sites have their unique
merits and users, so to get the most exposure for your property, it only
makes sense to list on more than one especially when this one is free.
